Movement Practices
Yoga & Somatics
I am a Senior Yoga Teacher, Somatic Practitioner and Movement Therapist in training. With 25 years of personal practice and over a decade of teaching and facilitation experience in Yoga and embodied movement, my work is rooted in self exploration and lived experience.
My practice has evolved through my own journey of befriending my body and the nervous system while navigating sensory overwhelm in the thrum of our modern world. I honour the body as a vital expression of the living Earth, where contemplative movement becomes a regenerative process—one of re-connection, re-sourcing, and re-solution—helping to forge new pathways in relationship with our environment, Self and other.
In the spirit of enquiry, my offerings are always invitational, guiding individuals to cultivate sensitivity and deep listening within their bodies to promote health, healing, resilience, and self-regulation.

ReSource through Restorative Practice
In a world that prioritises speed and immediacy, many of us feel compelled to keep moving, often at the expense of rest and integration. Set in the beautifully biodiverse Knepp Estate, my weekly restorative class offers a sanctuary for slow, somatic practice, gently guiding you toward stillness and a deeper connection with your body—a unique opportunity to ground yourself in the healing rhythms of nature.
Blending Restorative and Yin Yoga, we use props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to fully support each pose, allowing you to soften into the shapes. This harmonious mix of gentle movement and restorative stillness will leave you feeling replenished, nurtured, and deeply grounded.
Somatic Practice
Immerse yourself in a softly-supported somatic practice, inviting deep openings that connect you with the wisdom of your own body. Through gentle guidance and self-enquiry, you'll explore ways to nourish and resource through movement.
These classes emphasise sensing and perceiving from within, encouraging you to move based on what you feel rather than how it looks. Inspired by the deep connection between body and earth, each session seeks to orient the body in place, as part of nature, and in
connection with the shifting seasons to bring the nervous system back to balance, fostering a profound sense of inner peace and equilibrium.
