Reconnect with the cyclical rhythms of our Grandmother moon with a moon-attuned Sound Bath.

The gentleness of moonlight offers a sacred container to recharge and rest or cleanse and release - depending on the phase she's in. When the moon is full, she is said to be at the peak of her energy, a potent time for ritual, reflection and release.

These sessions combine the soothing harmonies of Alchemy Crystal Singing bowls with a gentle guided meditation to lead you in and ease you out of the sound.

In surrendered stillness, the resonant waves of the bowls wash over and through you - fully submersed in sound to experience the vibration as tangible ripples of energy. These ripples and soothing sounds evoke a sense of deep relaxation to release and rediscover your natural resonance, harmonising your inner and outer worlds.

Ninety nourishing minutes to lie down, cosy and undisturbed while you absorb the crystal vibrations, drifting between dimensions of deep rest and receiving. Nothing is expected of you during this time, and no previous experience is necessary. Come as you are to discover your inner resonance to realign with your soul - honouring the phase of the moon to shed or sow.
