Well-Spring Workshop

Join me for an afternoon designed to inspire seasonal health and well-being, so you can blossom into Spring!

Springtime is characterised by increased daylight, warmth, moisture, and a palpable softness; it is a season revered for its gentle, nurturing presence as the pulse of life awakens, energy waxes and hope floats!

As the natural world emerges from its Winter slumber, we too, begin to peek out from beneath our figurative blankets – ready to stretch, shake loose and unfurl into a new season. But for many, the residue of Winter can cloud the transition leaving us feeling groggy, lethargic, dull, or depleted.

In Ayurveda, Spring is known as 'Kapha' season, as it embodies the heaviness of earth and increased moisture that accumulates through the slower, darker months. As we come out of Winter and move into Spring, we often struggle with conditions linked to dampness, phlegm and mucous - or are aggravated by the sudden burst of new life with hay fever and allergies.

Despite our growing separation from the natural world, we are deeply affected by the rhythms of nature and seasonal changes.

When we look to nature as our guide, we begin to understand the characteristics of the season and learn to respond to the swings and shifts to invite more balance to our bodies and being. With seasonal support and holistic guidance, we can overcome the residual heaviness of Winter, draw upon our latent vitality and celebrate the gifts this season has to offer.
