Cycles of Belonging - A Five-Week Course for Teens

By educating our daughters at menarche and creating menstrual cycle literacy, we break the taboo to foster open discussions. This empowers young women throughout their menstruating years, increases their awareness, and helps them navigate menopause more effectively when their time eventually comes.

In today's fast-paced world, young women often face immense pressure to conform to societal pressures and navigate the challenges of adolescence into womanhood.

This five-week course provides a nurturing space for girls and young women to tune in—away from the noise of their external environment and daily pressures (social media, exams, etc.)—and connect with their most precious asset: their relationship with 'Self.'

Combining Verity's extensive experience in Yoga Therapy, Somatic Movement, Coaching, Sound Healing, and teaching, this joyful and explorative course fosters the emergence of menstruality consciousness, enriched with ample rest, play, creativity, and, of course, chocolate!

In the final week, we will be joined by Clinic 51's Dr. Katie Armstrong, who will share her 20+ years of experience and specialist knowledge in female health, offering valuable insights into how our hormones affect the seasons within our cycle.

What to Expect

Participants will gain practical tips for charting and supporting their cycles, including creating a Menstrual Mandala and engaging in a series of relaxing practices aimed at nurturing balance and ease throughout their monthly rhythm.
